Test

Quizzes expose gaps in your understanding. This way you know what you know, and can practise what you don't.

We thought you might ask

Kids 10-15 can't prompt AI effectively. They'd type 'make quiz plz' and get confused when ChatGPT asks for context or formatting preferences.

Lexie takes 47 steps of AI prompting, context explanation, and output formatting and makes it one step: point camera, get quiz.

The photo constraint isn't just better UX - it's the only way to get usable output from that age group. No prompting required, no setup, no confusion.

Lexie recognizes what's being taught in the image. When you take a photo, our technology reads the text, analyzes the content structure, and identifies what type of learning material it is.

The system breaks down the content into key concepts and their relationships. From vocabulary, it extracts terms and definitions. From history, it identifies events and dates. From science, it distinguishes concepts and explanations.

This information is transformed into different practice formats:

• Questions that test understanding at different levels

• Flashcards for quick review

• Audio files for listening practice

• Summaries that highlight main points

The entire process takes only seconds. You don't need to write or format the content yourself.

You can take a photo of literally anything and create practice exercises from it. Whether you're studying for a biology exam or Pokemon card facts, if there's text in the image, Lexie helps you learn it.

Lexie is built on evidence-based learning methods:

• Active recall through flashcards strengthens learning compared to just reading

• Spaced repetition helps store information in long-term memory

• Progress tracking shows what you know and what needs more practice

• Multimodal learning through text, audio, and interactive exercises

Through questions, Lexie guides you to understand concepts more deeply instead of just giving answers. This develops critical thinking while you learn new content.

Yes. We don't store original images after processing. Created practice sets are saved only to your device.

We don't share your content with other users or third parties. We don't use your materials to train our systems. Your learning data stays private.

The app needs camera access only to capture learning materials. We don't access other photos on your device.

Lexie works best with clearly photographed text materials. Worksheets, handwritten notes, and presentation slides all work well.

For best results:

• Take photos in good lighting

• Keep text in focus

• Include complete sentences and context

• Avoid blurry or angled shots

Lexie can handle multiple languages and even mixed-language content. The more complete the context, the better the practice materials Lexie can create.

Privacy first

No ads. No trackers. No kidding.

Your photos and study materials stay on your device.

Lexie doesn't show ads, sell your data, or track what you're studying. We make money from subscriptions, not from you. So you can focus on learning without worrying about who's watching.

The story behind Lexie

I'm Elina. I built Lexie because I watched kids (mine, and others) waste their time highlighting and re-reading. Doesn't work, never has.

Most learning apps make this worse by turning everything into games and streaks. Kids chase points instead of knowledge.

I stripped it all down. Take a photo of what you need to learn. AI creates questions that actually test understanding. No badges, no streaks, no distractions.

Learning is intrinsically rewarding once you develop the capacity for it. I'm building for kids who want to think, not kids who need to be tricked into thinking.
